22 months

A little late!

Actual age: 22 months

Adjusted age: 19 months

Weight: 24 lb 4 oz (27%) - no gain since last month

Height: Not sure, I will measure next month

Diaper size: 4

Clothing size: 18 and 24 months

Medications/medical concerns: None

Sleep: 8 or 9 through 8:30 in the morning, nap from 1 or 1:30 to 2:30 or 3

Eating: Still eats great! I would say her favorite foods right now are strawberries and kielbasa. She is not and never has been a big snacker. She eats three very good meals and doesn't care to snack in between, which is perfectly fine with me!

Developmental milestones: I did a very in depth developmental post last month so this month it will be short. She continues to pick up new words every day, she continues to imitate every last thing we do. She has figured out how to buckle buckles! She becomes more of a little person every day and understands things better all the time. One of the things she has been really into lately is pretending to brush her hair, do her makeup and other things as she sees me do. She helps put on her after bath lotion now and wants to help dry her off. She is trying to help take off and put on clothes. She is definitely becoming more interested in doing things for herself these days. Another thing of not is she is starting to use words to communicate a desire. It's still very limited but she uses both bye bye and all done when she wants something. When I start to brush her hair or her teeth (both of which she hates) she frantically starts saying "all done! all done!" because she wants it to be over. As far as bye bye, when she wants to go somewhere or leave somewhere she says it. We were at the fireworks on the 4th of July and she did NOT like them, so she started saying "bye bye! bye bye!". Or when she sees my step dad's truck (which has a car seat in it that she gets to ride in sometimes) she will go up to it and say "bye bye!", getting her point across that she would like to get in and go somewhere.

Teeth: Officially she has 14. Her two canines came in on the top, but the bottom ones will be in shortly and she will be up to 16 with only her two year molars left.

Best moment this month: Cameron has really gotten into cuddling this month. I am cherishing these moments. They used to be so often and now they just aren't. So recently whenever she wants to cuddle I have been really, really enjoying it!!
